Saw this book for sale on QVC. Found it on your site for a whole lot less. Thanks for offering this up at such a great price. It's a GOOD book for healthy recipes. Really happy!
this is a great cookbook for anyone that whatching there sugar or weight
I now have 3 of the 4 books by this author and this one does not disappoint! I love the diversity in her recipes, lots of recipes in lots of categories and none of them leave you feeling hungry. Love it and can't wait for the next one!
Disappointed. Thought there would be some new ideas but all that was done was substituted artificial sweetener for sugar as well as other fat ingredients.
Have looked thru most of the recipes, am very pleased with way they are listed with calories, amount of sugar and fat and also have the Weight Watchers points included for each recipe. Overall am very pleased with the contents.
Great main dishes. Uses a bit too much artificial sweeteners but I replace with Stevia. Great price!! Qvc costs twice as much with shipping costs added on.
worth the money wonderful recipes
I've only tried a couple recipes from this cookbook but so far I am pleased with the outcome of the dishes. Not only are they healthy but they are delicious and the ingredients are easy to find in any store like Walmart. I can't wait to try more of the recipes!
