This "pie crust" is not really a solid crust. It falls apart whether you bake it for the prescribed five minutes or not. You can't use it to make an apple or a berry pie. You can only fill it with pudding or such. I wouldn't recommend it. Get the graham cracker crust: at least you can use it in baking.
This is the only pie crust that I ever want to use. I do alot of cooking and pies are my specialty. This crust is loved by everyone..they always think it homemade and want to know the special ingredients..; )..The only reason I ever use graham cracker crust is because the store is out of this one.
I love the homemade taste. Gave my pumpkin cheese cake pie taste sooooo good.
