The perfect case. The case is slim, not bulky so you can put it in your pocket. The case has a plastic box that fits around your iPhone and then a rubber sleeve fits over the plastic box. The rubber sleeve allows you to get to all the connections and covers the connections when these are not in use. The rubber sleeve is made of non-slip material, perfect to sit on your dashboard of your car. This comes with a belt clip and this clip can be used as a kick-stand to stand your phone up when on a desk or table for easy viewing. There is a built-in plastic screen cover, I can't say enough about that. Spend the few extra dollars, it is worth it. My wife has one of these too. If you are a lady and put your phone in your purse, this is a must. I will be buying one for my iPad2.
There will always be SOME way to break an iPhone, but this is a hard core case. This was the second one we got - first one for daughter 1, who liked it enough we got one for daughter 2. This black/white case is a bit more stylish that the black only, and it complemented the white iPhone 4. No complaints from either daughter on size, weight, or look -- friends think it's cool, and both have suffered from replacement issues even with insurance. Better price on ship to store purchase than in-store, and better selection, too.
This Defender case is awesome. It really provides a great shell of protection for my iPhone, especially considering "I" tend to drop phones, "and" I have two young children. Need I say more? It is not too bulky - much smaller than I expected, which is great for still fitting in pockets or purses. Has protection all around, including over the screen, but does not degrade quality of screen for viewing or touch-use. I loved the black and white version because it matched the look of my white iPhone 4S.
Not as great as I thought it would be. Had it for a month and the rubber covering began to "wear" and doesn't stay around the plastic undercover anymore
