I recently upgraded to a 60" plasma and wanted a stand that could hold my surround receiver as well as support a 100lbs tv without breaking the bank. I did a lot of research and this was by far the cheapest yet sturdiest find. Assembly was a breeze and everything fit together very solidly. The only issue I had was that my package was sent with 2 of the same side legs. But I called the support line and they shipped out the correct board for free and it only took 2 days to arrive. The black laminate looks kind of cheap, but I was more in it for cost and function not glamour. Very few stands can hold a beast of a receiver that is 19" x 19" weighing in at 25lbs!
I was looking for a simple TV stand to hold my 100 pound older model TV. This is solid and was fairly simple to put together. I just needed a phillips head screwdriver and a hammer and that was it. Directions were very clear and easy to follow. It looks nice and I have had many compliments on it.
WENT TOGETHER REAL EASY AND LOOKS GOOD.
Package showed no signs of damage, however, upon opening front valance piece was cracked approx at 1/3 of length. Appeared to have be packed that way. Since the piece was just cracked and not broken completely we chose to glue and use because it wasn't a structural piece and rather than go through the repack and return process.
The hardware twist and lock pieces were flimsy and didn't lock together well.
Does the job ok typical cheap press wood construction.
I bought this tv stand for my 60" tv. So far, it is holding up fine, however, it is very low to the floor. The color is a dark brown color that picks up lots of lint and dust. The setup was not too bad, I was able to set it up with the help of my daughter. Overall, it is a good tv stand. Here is a picture of it in my living room.
Quality of this piece is not meeting even Ikea's.
It is a bit shaky and loose. Hinges made from very cheap alloy. I afraid they will crack if tighten too strong.
Laminate in one side was already flaking off.
If I would not be so lazy, I would return it.
Arrived in damaged condition. I wasn't too pleased with the overall quality that I saw while unpacking the item.
Still waiting to get replaced piece.
First, I love the modern look of this stand - it is modern and sleek. Second, you get what you pay for. When it came in, it had some imperfections, including nicks around several of the corners. I took a brown furniture pen (marker) and touched those up. Third, it doesn't have holes in the back for cables, so it's difficult to hide cables. However, all in all - it's a great deal for the money!
The table was very easy to put together, and came with all of the pieces. The directions were very clear, and I had the whole thing together in an hour or two. There are small dents in the wood which show the cheap plywood underneath, but I am planning to just paint over this with some sort of furniture marker. You get what you paid for, but knowing that, I am happy with my purchase.
Note - The box requires two people to move. It is very heavy and large.
Great product for a great price
My son is planning to use this in his college dorm. The box arrived in excellent condition with no dings, chips or cracks and he put it together in a very short amount of time. It is a very solid piece for the price.
Nice tv stand but fixing problem.
I don't wanna talk longer with this product.
When This arrive, this stand already broken, Scratched.
Take a look at my photos.
I can't upload lots of photos But Everybody can understand my circumstance.
this is very frustrated for me.
Is this worthy $90 ? Absolutely NOT.
This is exactly what I needed. I display some books on the lower shelf. Looks very elegant in my living room.
This TV stand is great because its simple but clean looking. You can fit a variety of electronics on the bottom shelf. Also if you place a TV on top, you'll have space behind it to hide an antennae or another electronic component.
