This is an absolutely great product, with one exception. First the great stuff - Fit is exceptional, very secure. All ports that need regular access are available (headphone jack partially covered, but still usable). Build quality is wonderfull and seems to offer great protection. Very versatile. Can be used by flopping open, folding the cover to the back, or as a stand with multiple angles available. The only complaint - Please redesign the closure strap. when you flip the strap to the back to open the case for use, it totally blocks the rear camera! Also the strap is a bit tough and slow to use, to the point that I find I just position it pulled up and laying along the top of the tablet and don't use it. My suggestion is to make it a small strap sewn to the center of the top edge of the front cover, and that folds over the top edge and secures with a magnet or a snap onto the back. Quick and simple to use and not in the way of anything.

Overall, this is the best case that I could find. The rest seemed cheap and flimsy. There are two serious problems with the design of this case. First, when you put your Iconia in this case, the top left retainer clip totally blocks the front camera. Second, when you flip the elastic strap over to open the case and use the tablet, it blocks the rear camera. Does Targus have a thing against cameras. Another issue, but less serious, is that the top left retainer clip (the same one that blocks the front camera) also blocks half of the volume rocker. Those three things aside, this is probablly the most well built and durable case on the market.
