As mentioned many times, the desk is very flimsy. For the cost, you do not expect real wood, etc...but it still feels like it could have been improved on a little. Better brackets, or better mounting points, etc.
But the part that annoys me is the veneer. It is unbelievably susceptible to moisture. if you intend to put any coffee or tea mugs on this, you must use a coaster. If wiping it clean, make sure to dry it thoroughly.
Otherwise, you will get hundreds of little moisture spots where the veneer lifts, then falls apart. The surface winds up ugly, bumpy, and just begins to disintegrate faster.
If you rest your arm on the edge of the desk, it will peel away. And this is in an air conditioned room, on a desk that does not get heavy use.
But then again, it's a cheap desk. Not terrible for the cost.
