After much procrastination, calling Vizeo for info, and checking many consumer reviews, I pulled the trigger on this purchase and I must say, I am SO GLAD. My older Son has a Vizeo, my Daughter and her family have a Vizeo...and they look great (I, originally was leaning toward the Westinghouse one)...my Wife and Son both said "WHY?"...Just get the Vizeo...they were right. This beauty is stunning...design is marvelous...features rival those of HDTVs twice or three times the price...and the PICTURE IS STUNNING. I tinkered with the fine tuning a bit once we set it up (literally took a few minutes), linked it up with our Panasonic Home Theater, XBOX 360 and PS3...and everything is marvelous. Also, I've purchased a variety of refurbished electronics and appliances, etc. over the years and have never had any problems...ever. Vizeo told me thaat 90% of refurbs are due to "user error" and cannot tell the difference between "new" and refurb...I couldn't tell the difference...mine looked "brand-new" without even a fingerprint on it. Only one thing to consider...the warranty on the WalMart website was rather vague...after calling Vizeo, I found out that Vizeo DOES NOT warranty this item (through WalMart) because of a business issue, and thus the only "warranty" was the 90 day store return warranty (with receipt)...needless to say, I was miffed...I called WalMart Customer service and they graciously credited me a few dollars to put toward an extended warranty, through them, whereas they've contracted local shops to diagnose and repair covered items...even IN-HOME service! All things considered, I was VERY SATISFIED with my decision and purchase...I used site-to-store and it was there in a few days...in closing, BEST VALUE, BEST PICTURE, END OF STORY...don't hesitate to purchase.
