I was actually hoping for more crock pot recipes, but in good old 'diet' fashion, most of the recipes were salads, or skillets and contained fish, which I don't eat. Was looking for something really new and just didn't find it. I find more on the Weight Watchers internet site.
I guess I would recommend to a friend if they were looking for sea food and salad recipes.
