These cakes had the texture - and all the flavor - of overcooked hard boiled egg whites. Absolutely NO crab flavor. Then I looked closely at the box. They're called "Seafood" crab cakes. In other words, made from pollock. i.e. imitation crab meat. I won't be fooled again. I don't throw away food often, but this wasn't even worth giving to the cat.
These are the worst crab cakes I have ever tasted.
Very good and low Weight watcher points only 2 pts per cake. Very meaty and no breading. The lobster cakes were also great.
