Enough compartments of adjustable size to house a sizable number of tied flys. The walls between "cells" reach to the lid when closed so flies do not "migrate" into neighboring cells. Some flies are very small and several in a cell are hard to identify, so printed labels taped to the bottom of each cell identify the contents. I have two of these, one for dry the other for wet flys.
Can't beat the price and the latching mechanism is secure and looks to be long-lasting. Well made.
I originally had purchased a similar Plano organizer box at a home improvement store. I wanted to use this to store small screws and parts. I found out I needed to get a few more and I bought 4, this time at Walmart. These were also made by Plano and cost about the same amount. The ones I got at Walmart were way better. This Pro series is made of slightly thicker plastic. The plastic dividers install with a firm push. I.E. (They won't pop up and have your items slip underneath and mix in the next compartment). The back hinges are larger and beefier. The front latches are better too.
The plastic dividers come on a molded strip. They are then snapped off and trimmed with a sharp knife to remove the burr. This is how all similar boxes come from the manufacturer. It's just a little annoying and time consuming to install.
This works perfectly for my Dremel bits. Several compartments of differing sizes is what I needed.
30 of these dividers sort beads for retail shop. Easy to remove lids. Great value.
doesn't let components travel from one section to another . Is customizable. great value!
