Installing there software, removed the computer, from seeing any CD/DVD, optical drives, and there tec service, said, sorry, we cant help, that I has already done, what they would suggest.
Now I have a no way, to even reinstall, the OS, with NO optical drive being seen.
Buffalo, lol, NEVER AGAIN.
Someone, tell me you would think different, if it were you.
So, good luck, if you buy, not this item, but anything from Buffalo
