I have owned several Keurig coffeemakers, and this one is the worst one ever made. First of all, it takes forever to warm up once you turn it on. Secondly, you need to open the lid to pour water into the top chamber everytime you want to make a cup of coffee, and the markings that tell you how much water you are putting in are in the form of raised nubs of different heights. So basically, you need to pour the water in until it reaches the top of whichever nub you choose, and that's how you know how much water you are putting in. Then, if that isn't annoying enough, you need to lift the handle up in order for the water to drain into the unit to begin brewing. It's almost impossible to guage the water volume, and as such, you never have a consistent cup of coffee. This model also doesn't have the ability to change coffee strength or temperature (unlike the higher-end Keurig models). With this one, the strength is dictated solely by how much water you put in. I also find that the coffee always tastes weak, despite the amount of water, and the temperature of the final product is never hot enough. Overall, this model is a dud...I don't understand why Keurig doesn't discontinue it. I would NOT recommend this unit. It's a total waste of money. If you want a Keurig, purchase one of the better models.
