Super Light Stroller
I love this stroller, I bought it for my grandson, & with 3 kids of my own and 2 grandchildren, I have gone threw my share of strollers, It was pretty easy to put together, from what my daughter told me, when it's folded it looks small, but when open it's full size, i couldn't believe how light it is, the basket underneath is roomy enough, it reclines half way, which is good enough for a nap, it's easy to steer, and the handle is up high enough where you don't have to bend to push, like with the cheap umbrella strollers..We Love, Love, Love this stroller!!
After researching many strollers & their reviews, I decided to purchase this stroller as I just started providing daycare for our 7 month old grandson. I wanted a stroller that was easy for me to lift & fold/unfold & I also liked the look of it & I didn't want to spend alot of money. Even though I'm a young Grandma, I'm not strong enough to carry him for long periods of time. I took him to the store, put him in the stroller and he loved it! I was able to put a gallon of milk and a few other purchases in the basket below. Very easy to maneuver even in small places. It was easy to put together although my husband had to snap on the tray for me. I see where this could be an issue if you have to remove the tray all the time but there is no need to remove it. The price is great for the quality! All grandparents should buy this stroller.
Compared to the jet city chic umbrella stroller
I really do love this stroller. I had been using the jet umbrella stroller for a long time and I was sick to death of bending down to fold it and lock it (I have two kids so it was hard to keep control of them while I fussed over it) especially at the airport right before getting on the plane. Also after just a year of use the jet's wheels started to fall apart. This stroller is small enough to take anywhere and it is SO LIGHT! The airport was a breeze. Since I have two kids I wanted a stroller that I could steer and handle with only one hand. What a difference! Going out with these rugrats is almost a breeze now! I'm only giving 4 out of 5 because the cup holders are so small, I had to search high and low for something that would fit. Also the back rest is a lil flimsy (made out of cardboard) but I think that's one of the reasons why it's so light and can fold the way it does. This stroller doesn't fit any infant car seats so don't try to get it and then use it as a travel system. The color is really nice, I thought it was going to be orangey but its not too bad. I've taken this thing on sidewalks and dirt paths and it works great! I LOVE the storage compartment underneath. On the jet you had to work your way around the big cross bars to get to the storage and because the child sinks into the bottom there really wasn't much space. Also really love how you can control how far the child can lean back with that nifty strap. Overall to me this is a really great product and the price is wonderful! Love it and my kids love it too!
The canopy folds weird. You can't just push it back. You have to pull on the sides. The parent tray is small but i didn't think it was too bad. The child tray is tiny though and a little bit too close to the seat to easily put you're child inside. But other than that, i like the stroller. Its a bit narrow but is really easy to fold. I like how it stands up.
I got this stroller for my daughter (16 mo) to take walks with outside. I read through all the previous reviews, and I thought it was worth a shot. I was able to assemble it within a few minutes. It is larger than an umbrella stroller (which is what I was looking for) but also smaller than other strollers, so we can actually take it with us on trips. I like the color because my hope is to use it again if we have another child (like a boy). My daughter has found it to be really comfortable. Like the other reviewers, her sippy cup didn't really fit the dedicated space in the tray. I've gotten her other sippy cups though that fit it fine. The tray at the top for parents is a little small, but it's functional (holds my cellphone and keys on a walk). Again those cup holders a little small too, so just be aware of it. And opening and closing it isn't too difficult either. We have an upstairs apartment, and I was able to walk my daughter down, get the stroller out the trunk, and open it up quick enough without her running into the parking lot. You have to press the button and push the lever firmly to get it to close though (a little shake usually does the job for me). Overall I'm loving my purchase, and she's loving the stroller.
Very Good use for our $$
We needed a light weight collapsable stroller to get around Disney World with a 4 yr old. This was GREAT! I especially made good use of the shelf on the bottom and the pouches on the side for our ponchos. The cup holders were a little small but still held a child size cup. We did not use the child's cup holder across the front of the stroller as it interfered with keeping it compact.
Nanny on the Go!
This stroller was great for trips to the mall, local park, and other outings! I LOVE that it is light weight, has parent and child tray and a nice big basket underneath! The only thing I didn't like about this stroller was that it is hard to close 70% of the time. Ended up getting a Combi and it was the right fit for this nanny on the go!
Best lightweight stroller
Love this stroller so much! Love how it sits straight up and only has a 3 point harness so my baby can lean forward and see everything. Very lightweight, and you can fit a lot in the basket underneath. The only thing that needs improving on this stroller is that the cup holders need to be a bit bigger, they don't fit a bottle of pop! But I am very happy with this stroller! 2 thumbs up!
Great Value Stroller
Looked at youtube videos of this stroller and I love that it can be pushed with just 1 hand and with such ease. assembly was easy with clear instructions. Great lightweight stroller verus earlier Chicco Keyfit stroller set that we had. Loved the fact that it had a similar basket at bottom of stroller for diaper bag or shopping items. So happy that the front toddler cup holder was able to hold the "the first years - Take and toss sippy cups". I bought the 6 months version (7 oz) but pretty sure the 10 oz ones would fit as they have similar design. The front 2 wheels have a spring suspension. Like the sun shade as it is of decent size to provide shade. Do note that the front shade cannot be pulled down all the way down like the chicco keyfit stroller. I am 5 ft 9 in and feel comfortable enough when pushing stroller as the handle bar cannot be raised higher. . Construction seems pretty solid. Like the bright orange color for safety reasons. Cannot fully recline but feel that the recline angle should be sufficient of toddler to rest comfortably.h the recline function easy to use with 1 hand to loosen to lower and 1 hand to pull to tighten the strap. Great under $50 stroller. Great Value for money. After checking out reviews online and videos online,I am so happy to have gotten this. This is the one to get.
We have been pretty loyal to the Jeep line of strollers. They are of great quality, long lasting, and inexpensive. We had a carrier and stroller combo of a different brand that we hated. It was big, bulky, and extremely hard to close. I seriously threw it into the back of my SUV while it was completely open one day because myself, my friend, and two other nice strangers (who were walking by and saw my struggle!) could not get the darn thing to close! Anywho, we decided to buy the small Jeep stroller (orange). We LOVED IT! The only complaint about that one was the cup holder. It was detachable and flimsy. It is a less expensive stroller with few features but it was perfect for quick trips. We ended up giving that one to my mother because she keeps our son quite often. So we purchased this stroller (red one) which is a little bigger. We love it, our son loves it, and he happily climbs in it! The only complaint would once again be the cup holders. The one on the tray that goes across baby is small and will not hold a 12 oz drink can. It looks as though it is made to hold a juice box or small cup. The bigger ones up top will hold drink cans but not anything much bigger. All in all this is a great stroller with an adjustable back to lay baby down when sleeping, foldable top for weather protection, and great wheel rotation. AND I CAN CLOSE IT ALL BY MYSELF!!! :)
Much nicer than an umbrella stroller
I bought this stroller so I would always have a stroller in my car for my grandson. We also have a large jogging stroller. It has completely met my expectations. Its compact size fits easily in my trunk, it is lightweight but sturdy. Much nicer than an umbrella stroller with the same convenience. I definitely recommend this stroller if you are considering a lightweight stroller.
Good Price, good product
With twins we wanted something as an alternative to a dual stroller. These are very light, compact, easy to use. The boys like the tray for their food and toys and it rolls well. The only thing is you cannot run with the stroller the front wheels down will get a shake to them. Good storage underneath and easy to maneuver in stores etc
Great stroller and great price
I shopped high and low for an easy to use, on the go stroller for my baby boy. He's getting too heavy in the carrier for using our snap n go so I wanted something lightweight and easy to fold for quick trips. I wanted something more heavy duty than an umbrella stroller but just as convenient. This stroller is awesome! It is very lightweight and super easy to fold. I can do it one handed and just throw it in. I love that it has a tray with a cupholder for baby and a parent console. The only cons are it is a 3pt buckle and not 5pt harness which I would prefer and the cupholders are small. The basket is a decent size and I can actually fit my diaper bag underneath along with a jacket or two. The canopy isn't great but it is decent.
i bought this jeep stroller as a replacement for my bigger stroller ! i love this stroller my son is 20 months but he is 26 pounds and this stroller is perfect it is great for everyday use and bus use and park use since we use public transportation i was concerned that it might not hold up to the constant use but its doing great and it promotes great posture for my son which he needs as he is disabled . its sturdy and its easy to manuver and for the size i was surprised at how tall this stroller was it is easy to push and dosent leave u hunched over when u are pushing it . the brakes work very well and are easy to put on and off . the fold is great its easy to fold once u get used to it and it folds to a very convienient and portable size . also once it is folded it stands by itself without falling which i love . the only thing that i didnt like about this stroller is that the seatbelt straps can be a challange to adjust but its not a major thing once u get used to the stroller and how it adjusts also the cup holders are smaller then expected but still functional . the undercarriage is smaller but still functional and i can still fit a multitude of items in the undercarriage when we go out .
My Baby isn't here yet but my Cat loves it. It was really easy to put together. This stroller is light weight and super easy to fold down when not in use. The negative; seat doesn't lay back as far as I would like. Also the seat is held up in the sitting position by a nylon strap. Will be glad to update this review once I have baby and we use stroller for a while.
I purchashed this stroller for my 35lb 3yr old for a trip to Disney. It was perfect. He was able to recline back and nap comfortably. I didn't use the drink/snack tray that comes with it as it would have been difficult for him to get in and out of the stroller. The only thing I don't like is the shade is not adjustable and the window on the top is not mesh. That would have been nice for more air flow but over all I liked the stroller and would definately recommend to others that are looking a sturdy lightweight stroller for an older child.
