If the nutritional benefits are true, flaxseed is really good for you--high in fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. I love this milled flaxseed because it has no noticeable taste or smell, so you can add it to anything. I add it to to my oatmeal all the time, and cakes, pancakes, other baked good. Also, when we've been out of bread crumbs to make hamburgers, we've used this instead because it's a great thickener. I've gone through two bags already and look forward to buying again...
