I had ordered a new Magic Bullet base a few months ago and was enjoying the freedom of having two in my kitchen - one for smoothies and one for making dips and spreads, etc. - but noticed a funny smell coming from it. When I contacted customer service to ask what I could do, the agent was friendly, helpful and understanding. He said they were sending me a new base and a new blade, at no charge. Now THAT'S incredible customer service!
