I am very hesitant to buy workout dvds before reading reviews or watching clips. It was a big risk for me to buy this dvd because it had neither. However, I did buy the dvd and here is my review: Pros:
-3 separate workouts; lower body, upper body, and cardio. Also an option to play all.
-3 instructors; each used different mediums: dumbell, kettlebell, and body weight. This is great for modification.
-Good price (only $6!).
-Simple equipment needed; dumbell/kettlbebell and step. Although I don't have a step, I was able to modify the cardio workout easily. Cons:
-The upper body workout has few ques to follow
-No warm-up, cool-down, or stretch Overall this was an EXCELLENT dvd that I will be sure to do again. I am glad that I took a risk on this one :)
