There are three set of instructors. They quickly introduce themselves and I didn't catch all the names. The male instructor for the first workout/warmup has charisma, but it seems as if he was a bit nervous. Due to this, his cueing was way off. In addition, although a jump rope is used, it is only used for 2 minutes during the workout. The format of all dvd's is a rotation of about 4 exercises that is repeated and then a new rotation that is also repeated. The upper body workout is led by Jenn. She uses a kettlebell and the workout is a good one. The only issue I had was that she talked a bit too much explaining form which could cause someone's heart rate to decrease. There is no indepth instruction on how to use a kettlebell in this workout so if you are not familiar you may want to use the alternatives. The lowerbody workout was ok. The instructor uses a weight but a kettlebell can also be used. Some of the lunges went a little fast for me, and the instructor was just a little too bubbly but I still use this workout when I am stuck on time.
This video has some good workouts, but does not have a true warmup, stretch, or cool down...because of this I would recommend adding this on after you have done a workout and not doing just this as the workout! The upper body work out is great, but the trainer doesnt do a very good job of explaining the routine. But for the price its not a bad dvd to have in your collection.
