I have been running and using free weights and wanted to add something more to my workout. I picked up the Gold's Gym 7 in 1 for under $50. It attached easily to my door frame. I weigh 184 and it held me easily. There is a workout chart, nutrition guide and DVD to help with your diet and exercise. Mine came with bonus ab straps, ab wheel, and rotating push up stands. After using it the first day I can tell that I'm getting a good workout from this system. I would definitely recommend this for your home workout routine.
It is o.k. i guess i would't try and do pullups it will damage the wall and the top of the door frame I Weigh about 185 and it felt like it was going to break and it almost damaged the top of the door fame. It's o.k. to use it for situps and the rest of the equipment seeems to be o.k.
Picked up this kit yesterday, put the pull up bar together and realized that I should have measured my door jams before purchasing. Make sure that you measure your door jams accordingly so that they're compatible with the pull up bar, all the doors in my house weren't. I also tried out the push up handles which worked decently but I prefer the Perfect Pushup ones. I watched some of the DVD and it was informative. Since I wanted a pull up bar, I ended up returning the kit and purchasing a Perfect Pullup Basic that screws into the door jam and a pair of the Perfect Pushup Basic. If the pull up bar worked, I would have kept the kit because of the DVD with workouts and the nutrition guide.
