Got one TV - it came like a lot of the others, damaged. However, Walmart customer service was great, they shipped out a new one one day after my complaint. The only negative was that the original one was paid for using one day shipping and their replacement took about 8 days. So far though, .the replacement TV is working great and the picture quality is wonderful! This second time around Walmart used a company other than UPS...who knows, maybe the shipping company was the problem from the beginning...,,
