I ordered this tree online , so I wouldn't have to hassle with trying to get it home from the store. I had help from my son-in-law to put it together and sadly none of the colored lights worked. He worked on it for quite some time (checking connection, fuses, etc.) I finally called the 800 number for the manufacturer for help. The representative told me if none of the colored lights worked, it was a defective tree. Now I'm stuck with how to get it back to Wal-Mart. Needless to say, I am very upset. The company rep said he could put in a review to a committee but I would get the tree for about 13 days! I'm just going to get the tree back to Wal-Mart and get my money back. Very, very disappointed.
