this was a good exercise DVD--not too hard for the older person yet still a good workout
This is a great workout for older people (or even younger people who are out of shape). It is fairly easy and the first "walkout" takes about 25 min. to do. Aerobic activity starts out slowly and progresses to bring heart rate up, then decreases slowly and ends with a final cool down/stretch.
If you are not active, it is a good place to start.
It worked out just as I expected.
I've grown older with Jane and benefited from her low impact tapes in the 1980 and now again with her Prime Time Walkout. She is informative, simple to understand and follow and we can still sweat together.
This is an easy work out for the mature or out of shape. You do not feel frustrated that you cannot keep up and Jane Fonda keeps you inspired.
