I really liked the idea of the fruit and veggie powders being in this - even if it didn't really add much benefit, being what sounds like a tiny amount and in what sounds like an ineffective form, it differentiates this product from any old multivitamin. I wanted to like this product. But, I've begun to realize that instead of having any extra energy, I've been quite tired and irritable all the time for weeks. The mood changes are actually making it difficult for me to go to and do my job, and I've been taking caffeine pills or drinking coffee just so I don't feel tired all the time despite getting plenty of sleep. The only thing I've changed is switching to this multivitamin instead of the equate brand women's stuff. Of course, it's hard to know for sure that this product caused all that. Unfortunately, I think it tastes pretty terrible, too. Multivitamins never seem to taste pleasant (at least the tablets), having a cardboard-like taste, but this one adds a gross oily taste on top of that. I kinda gag every time I have to take this stuff - it's a pretty nasty flavor combination. So, even if I switch multivitamins again and it turns out this wasn't causing my issues, I don't think I'll buy Alive again simply because of the taste.
