The book is fantastic for information on understanding acid reflux. It also has very good lists of ph levels of a lot of different foods and drinks. I honestly really like the book. The recipes are the only things in this book I would say need a little bit of improvement. Don't misunderstand me, the recipes are not bad, they are not that simple either. I cook pretty often and can follow recipes easily. Some of the cooking temperatures are not always mentioned, some of the ingredients are not that easily found, or cheap, and most of the recipes take a long time to prepare. Perhaps an easier recipe book for acid reflux would be a good idea.
