For some years now, I had only used Sony, until recently, when that looked more like throwing my money away. But these work great.
Cheapest and best dvds available. Will keep on buying them.
enjoy buying things on the internet makes it easier, save's gas.
These work well in duplicating old home VHS tapes to DVDs.
I created an account with Walmart specifically to write this review and warn shoppers to NOT buy this product! Out of the 25 discs that I bought, 10 ended up being defective! TEN!! Granted I may have been unlucky enough to end up with a bad batch, but for me it is not worth the gamble to potentially lose an irreplaceable recording. So my advice; when it comes to DVD media it's better to spend a little more money for better quality now than to regret not doing so later when you're looking at a blank screen where your priceless home movies should be playing.
My DVD recorder loads and then formats new discs automatically. Opened the package, inserted a disc, error message "Cannot record on this disc" Tried another one, same thing, tried a third, same thing. Forget it, I'm not going through the entire stack to see if any will format. Okay you pay for 25 and sure, 1 maybe 2 might be bad, okay I can live with that, but the first 3; I don't think so. Purchased a stack of Sony discs from Amazon and they formatted perfectly. I returned them for a refund, which Walmart cheerfully refunded to me. Stick with Memorex, TDK, or Sony, all of which I have had no problems with.
Wouldn't work in my dvd recorder, had to return it.
