I bought this dvd a few months ago with 5 day fit chi dvd. I liked both dvd's. One day I do yoga next day I do tai chi. I liked this dvd because it is explanatory for beginners. You wouldn't have trouble following. It starts with basic poses then moves to more advanced poses. It is not short either. You may choose any routines you like.
Eight basic lessons. Very good for beginners or those seeking a more relaxed workout. Intensity can be varied as ability improves.
what a great dvd, you get so much for your money.
I bought this yoga for beginners since I have not done yoga before, but it seemed that it was a bit difficult for beginners. There were moves that were not easy to do for someone who had never done it before and the instructor went through instructing the moves rather quickly.

I was expecting routines ranging from 10 min to an hour per the item description - instead it is almost all 25 min plus routines that are very slow and not very challenging either.
