I had this video around the house for awhile and was afraid to use it. I was afraid the moves would be too hard and complicated for me...but I was wrong! I have Multiple Sclerosis and needed to do some toning exercises to keep my muscle tone and stamina. I first watched the video to see if I could handle the moves then tried it at the beginner level. Now I can do this with no problem (some of the balancing moves are still difficult for me but I am getting alot better). I am now looking for a new video by The Firm similar to this one to change it up a little.
