I had Softspike Pulsar Fast Twists cleats in my shoes. The Cleat Kaddy certainly would appear to give you plenty of torque to get them out, but I found that the gripping attachment slipped over the very flexible feet of the Pulsar cleats and didn't prove to be effective. I had a lot more success using the 2 pronged attachment, but I needed to drill out the 2 holes in each of the old cleats a little deeper to enable the attachment to better engage the cleat. I only went another 1/16 inch into each cleat hole but that did the trick and enabled me to extract them. The bottomline is I could have never got them out without a tool like this, but I'm not convinced that another manufacturer's tool might have been better. This tool works. You just need to figure out how to best use it for your situation. This tool only cost me $10, so from a value perspective, I'm happy. It's not like I do this every day. By the way, you still need a good bit of hand strength to pull these Fast Twists out even with this tool.
