This is the second set we have purchased and hope this one does not have the same cord issues as the first one. This seems to be a regular problem with headsets these days.
Walmart allowed for a higher shipping fee to guarantee shipment before Christmas, which we paid. The item did not arrive until AFTER Christmas day. Very disappointed.
