I ordered this chair on 8/1/2012, When I received it on 8/8/2012, both sides of the chair were the same so I could not assemble. When I wrote to Wayfair, they said they would ship the correct piece on 8/16 and it would arrive by 8/22. When it still hadn't arrived by 8/27 I emailed them to find out the status. No one wrote back but now I see that they are supposed to send the correct part by 8/30 and arrive on 9/6. This was supposed to be a gift and I can not give it as I don't have the correct parts to assemble it. I am very disappointed in this company and the way they handle errors on their part. The chair seemed to be advertised as finished but it had no stain or poly on it, so now, if I get the correct parts, I have to finish it myself!
