I am a fan of Jillian Michaels. I have like 4 of her workout DVDs. When I saw her on The Doctors show, I jumped right online and saw the cookbook here at Walmart.com on sale, so it was a bargin. I think I only paid $13 or $16 for it. I have started to read the beginning where she explains why we have to eat certain things, and I have glanced through the recipes, but have not been able to make an entree yet (we are now on vacation). I am not a meat eater (just chicken) so I forget that when I buy cookbooks because only like 1/4 of the meals include chicken. However, I do share my cookbooks so others get use out of them and use those other recipes.
