I like the new Jillian Michael's Ifit Card Level II. It is fun to mix up my workout and to have a new workout to challenge me. I would recommend this card as long as you are at a jogging pace of 5 and 6 mph. It is fun to have Jillian talking me through my workout.
Stick with level 1 and increase the resistance yourself. Jillian says exactly the same things on level 2 that are already on level 1. Program does get hard, resistance at 6 on 2nd day on level 2.
I bought Level 1 and loved it so I went ahead and got Level 2. I love that the ifit cards are already programed and all I have to do is push Play. Jillian provides lots of tips and encouragement and if it gets too much, well, I am at home, right!
Product provides a good workout on the stationary bike. Level one was a bit light of a workout, but level 2 is a good challenge.
Great product, great workout, good price compared to others.
