This was a good price and a nice looking cable. Unfortunately, we have an older Mitsubishi big screen - the kind that are HDTV ready, and doesn't have this particular hookup. I returned it with no problems.

Good product. Some glitches when watching in HD, only occasionally. May be the local cable service however. Other than that no problems.

I plugged this in the same TV using the same HD receiver right after my Monster cable, and noticed no difference. Actually, the phillips worked better because it didnt cut out on occasion like my Monster cable did. I'm not sure why my gold plated $120.00 Monster cable didnt out-perform this one from Phillips, but it didnt. Good product, good price. In my opinion, brand of cables dont make much of a difference unless you look at the extreme. (Extreme cheap, or extremely expensive.) I would recommend this cord.

The only bad thing I find with using HDMI, is when I change channels from a Non-HD channel over to a HD channel, the screen goes to static for a few seconds before the picture shows. Also when I power on my tv, it takes 2 to 3 seconds for the picture to come in. When I was using RCA or S-video, I did not experience any of this.
