I purchased a 12" skillet in Avon, Colorado last year, as the furnished condo I was staying in had really cheap, crummy pots and pans. I liked the heavy steel bottom, great non-stick surface that provided even heat for cooking scrambled eggs, sauteing chicken or for a melted cheese sandwich. I love to cook and have AllClad at home, but for non-stick... these are a better buy. Just bought the 10" skillet from WalMart online. Under $36 for a solid pan delivered to me! Life is good.
