I bought this bed online for my daughter. It arrived in a timely matter but we waited until the weekend to put it together. It was a Friday evening, and I took apart my daughter's crib to put the bed in it's place. When we opened the box we immediately saw some of the wood pieces were damaged. The worst piece was the bottom part of the draw, it was cracked straight through! I wasn't happy, but it was getting late and we had already taken apart the crib. I told my husband we'd put it together, let her sleep on it, and see about getting replacement pieces the next day. As we began to line up the wooden pieces per the instructions, I tell my husband we need screw one of the pieces together. Naturally he says, "okay get me the screw I need". We look around the room for about 5 minutes before we realize NO SCREWS OR TOOLS were provided in the box. So much for giving Walmart and DOM the benefit of the doubt! Then we had to pack up the bed, after letting out daughter destroy all the inside packaging and return it to our local Walmart. I was refunded my money immediately, but not I will be extremely cautious as to ordering anything offline from Walmart that needs to be put together. I've never had that experience in my life, where a component was just completely left out of the packaging. Below are just TWO pix of the damaged pieces. There were a total of 5 damaged pieces.
