I have tried other workout videos and been very discouraged by the fast pace and difficulty of the moves. This one is different! Kelly demonstrates very simple but straining moves. She's repetitive in a good way b/c you know what's coming, how many reps, and she explains ahead of the move what's coming next. I definitely get the 'burn' from every workout and do not think I will ever find this video too easy b/c one can always go with heavier weights. I can see and feel a difference in my muscle tone since using this video for 4 weeks.
This works all the major muscles in under 60 min. There are 2 workouts at 30 min each. One is for upper and the other lower. I do them both under the "pre-mix" section. Kelly is pleasant to listen to and her cues make it easy to follow. The 2 girls behind her don't annoy me like most background people do. By that I mean they are working hard and not overly smiley and perky. I workout HARD and it annoys me when I see people acting like it's no big deal. I even get my husband to do this with me and he sweats and grunts as well! :) Too easy? Pick up a heavier weight. Oh! The floor Abdominal workout is a killer, too! You WILL be sore after you do this.
I can't say enough how much I love this workout! First day I did it I could feel immediate results.
exercises are to the point and get the job done! I actually have been looking forward to each morning and doing this tape! love it, love it, love it!!!!!
So far I like the dvd but haven't done the entire workout.
