This has to be the worst excuse for butterfly shrimp I have ever seen or tasted. If there was any shrimp in here, it was beyond my scope to see or taste it. Even though I followed the printed cooking directions to a T (which says 13 to 14 minutes, not 10 as advertised here), the result was totally mushy and certainly not crisp, and had absolutely no flavor of shrimp nor a texture even remotely resembling shrimp. I just served this to my mother-in-law for her mother's day dinner and was totally embarrased. This dish was so bad I apologized profusely and still felt awful about what I had served her.
