After we finally received this bike (3 weeks of waiting), it was very easy to assemble with basic hand tools. I purchased it for my wife, but she catches me on it when she comes home from work. We each ride it for 3-15 miles almost every day. We've had it for about 2 weeks and it's holding up fine. It's a little cheaper than we expected, but for under $200, we can't complain. The programs are nice if you want a guided workout and you can also set your own workout resistance. Our only negative comment is when peddling with a lot of resistance at a fairly fast pace, the pole with the computer screen wobbles a little. It is fully tightened and just slightly moves. Again, no big deal for a sub $200 bike.
I bought this bike about 2 weeks ago and have been using it everyday since then. I love it! The color is great and it is easy to move and does not take up too much room. The assembly of it was easly but a little time consuming. I'd say it took me about a 45 minutes to put together. The ONLY thing I did not like about it was... the screen was too high up so it blocked my view of the tv if the machine was straight in front of it. But I fixed the problem by angling the machine to the side and viewing the tv by turning my head. It was really not that big of a deal
purchase it online through site to store delivery. we were excited because it arrived at the store 1 week earlier than expected. assembly was easy however one screw (for the seat) was missing. make sure you check everything in the manual before you start assembly. anyways, we have to order it from iconfitness and they will deliver free of charge. after assembly (took 1-1/2 hours) everything was working however for short people like me (5"6") we have to adjust the seat closer which makes the console too close to your body and almost in my wife's face (she's 5'2"). the seat keeps rocking (not too much) while you pedal (i weigh just 155 lbs). not so smooth resistance (compared to gold's gym item at walmart). the seat also keeps sliding backwards especially if you are using mid to high resistance no matter how you tighten the seat. tried putting some non-slip material under the bike but would not do the trick. overall okay but did not meet my expectations and my wife's so we have to return it to walmart the following day and got the gold's gym power spin 230.
Look somewhere else. The directions are not the easiest to follow. Parts were bent, had to run to our toolbox for replacement parts. Expect a lot of assembly if you purchase this product. I would say you get what you pay for with this product, but considering what I paid for said product...I did expect a bit more.
