It has three different segments, allowing people of all levels to work out. Beginners can just stick to the first two workouts until they can handle the movements for the third. Learning the complete choreography takes more than a couple tries but after doing so, the video provides a good, quick work-out.
This video starts out great and does get your heart beating but after a few minutes the dance moves become too detailed. I do not want to concentrate on the steps I just want to excercise.
