The forward is far too long delaying the meat and potatoes of what one is hoping to learn. When you finally get there, it is the same old hash with out much new perspective on diet or exercise. No doubt it will fill some of the needs of newbies looking for a learning experience from a pill they haven't swallowed yet. Too expensive for what you get in MHO. Casey

This is very educatonal. It contains solid common-sense information about losing weight, without resorting to fad diets. The integrative treatment approach shows me how it all works together. The video is broken down into parts. This makes it easier to digest specific segments, and helpful to refer back to areas I might need to review. I will revisit this video many times. The bonus booklet on stress is also helpful.

Received this as a gift. The doctors in the DVD are very straightforward, empathetic, and practical when discussing their wellness solutions. I like that they take a holistic approach to weight loss and health and make sure that you know that weight loss is only one factor of a healthy lifestyle. The dietitian featured in the DVD is also very practical and focuses on portion size.

I trust the Mayo Clinic name and Gaiam so it was nice to see this joint venture. The DVD was very informative and helpful. I wish there was more in this series! More topics or an updated version.
