I love this workout. Even though as of right now I have only done the 30 minute workout, it is still a fantastic workout. I would definitely recommend it. Working out on the ball has helped with the back pain I had from standing all day at work.
I am 71 years old and exercise with stretching, weights, band and ball 3 times a week. I wanted an alternative but this is too strenuous for me at age 71. I can do the warm-ups, but not when speeded up. I tried and my lower back was stressed for several days. Love this instructor. Can she do something for my age???
Just ordered this and love the trainer. She's fun and makes it easy to follow. The exercises are simple but surprisingly effective.
