I purchased this product on a whim (at WalMart), as I am of Eastern European heritage. So far, I've used this flour in two recipes: one was a simple loaf of bread, the other was pizza crust. Delicious, tasty results and light textured crumb in the loaf of bread. The pizza dough was airy and its flavor not overpowering to the toppings. I love it and I'm hooked!
I use this flour for all my baking. I am a big bread maker and try to always use this brand. It is slightly less fine than some of the other whole wheat but is not noticeable in any of my breads, cookies or other baking. I like to add ground flaxseed to my baking as well.
