About 8 years ago in Kentucky and some surrounding states, a restaurant named Druther's merged with Dairy Queen, and Dennis "the menace" was introduced to the best breakfast around fast food. The highlight was their biscuits and gravy. Mmmm, Mmmm gooooood! Could never really duplicate it using flour, too lumpy most of the time. Now, thanks to Southeastern Mills, I don't have to try anymore. In fact, I don't even need to go to Dairy Queen any longer for breakfast and pay way too much for such a cheaply made breakfast. This is more than likely the same instant gravy mix Dairy Queen is using. If you love Dairy Queens biscuit and gravy, try this, you'll love it too. And if you can get Purnell's Old Folks sausage in your area, get some and add it to the gravy in small pieces. (Grease and all) You'll be in food heaven. Don't forget the biscuits.
