This is the same set of ingredients that Kraft puts in their 4-bowl microwave packs, except they don't come with the bowls and are cheaper per serving. But just like the microwave 4-packs, the flavor has less cheese and more salt than one might want for mac'n'cheese. There is also a residual chemical aftertaste that we did not find pleasant. The "cheese sauce" actually has almost no cheese! It has a bunch of chemicals, some buttermilk and some "cheese culture." It seems to be a combination of white and yellow "cheese" in flavor and appearance, which did not impress us. Also, if you have a newer microwave or a more powerful than normal one (1000 watts or more), these should cook in about 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, tops. So, keep an eye on them the first time you cook one and adjust the time accordingly. Kraft states " 3-1/2 to 4 minutes" which is ridiculous!
