I like best the fact that it's kosher. Also, I look for all products that do NOT contain fructose! (corn syrup and fructose corn syrup are two entirely different things!) I like the down-to-earth real peanut flavor of this product---and also, it makes a good taste treat when used in place of butter, in some instances. Use peanut butter on pancakes instead of butter or margarine. Makes a great flavor difference if you use it instead of butter in your oatmeal cookie recipe, or sugar cookie recipe. Try a tablespoon of it melted in your breakfast oatmeal, with a dollop of honey. Great.
