This dance workout is really great! The music in each dance would really make u dancing! There are 4 different kind of dances! Jazz, Ballet, Street and Salsa! All of them are great and you would really sweat! Just a reminder, you'd be sore the next day but that means that it worked! LOL
A must try! I would highly recommend it! p.s.
My kids would even dance with me they loved it! :D
