I like this scale, now that I have gotten used to it's personality. It's a digital scale with big numbers, I'm 63 and can read it easily without my glasses. The routine I have learned is to get it out of it's drawer, set it on a hard surface, and weigh myself 3X in a row. I discard the first reading, as the scale is still zeroing itself. The next 2 readings repeat exactly, (within the .2 lb accuracy), and I know they are correct. If I had a place that I could leave it setup without moving it, I would not have to re-zero it each time. The other quirk is it's setup for multiple users (4), and will do weight tracking - some may like this, I just wait the 30 seconds or so it takes to display user 1, 2 , 3, 4, then blank off, before I step on it again. I have checked against other scales and it is accurate. It's actually a better scale than I expected for the money (under $20). It has a LBS - KG switch underneath, so if you see you weight is half of normal, you moved the switch to KG when you picked it up last time! I recommend it, would buy another.
