Beautiful machine
I have a Milwaukee Air Snake that I have been using for a few years. Love it but it can't unclog those corroded steel pipes I have. I decided to put the money for this machine. Very easy to use and comes with various bits. 75' long snake that is a joy to use. Seriously. This thing is quiet and easy. I used it to unclog a drain pipe going to the washing machine. I tried the clean out but the clog was higher so I went right from the washing machine drain. I used a camera to look in and saw water still in so put the Ridgid to use. It went around sharp corners with little effort. Winding up was just as easy with reverse on. I'm sold on this. I'm not a plumber but have installed PEX through a couple of houses. I wish I would have got this many years ago.

I've only used it once so far. Easy to use, trees are notorious in our area. Cleaned the drain myself, saved paying roto rooter $$$ for the last time!! I'm glad I didn't buy the auto feed, watched multiple videos and they suggested the manual one, you can feel the blockage with your hand! Also like the 1/2” cable, no kinks!!

Recently started my own small plumbing company. This is the first sewer machine I've had and while it may be small compared to others, it's perfect for most of what I do (residential). I love how it's compact and folds down to make it even smaller. The room it takes to pack in and have all tools and materials for jobs is precious.... And no room can be wasted!
