Cleared up the problem after a week. I use it every night, once a day, and I have had no more problems with redness, swelling, tearing, or sagging. Great product! Using the product is cumbersome at first because it's imperative that the tip not touch the eye. But I have become skilled at applying just the right amount.

I went to see my eye doctor because my eye was painful. He said I had an ulcer on my eye even though I don't work contacts and so I started using this appointment when I got home and within a week the ulcer was gone.

Seems to be the same as the costly brand.

My doctor told me that I was not n need of this type of ointment and when I looked at the cost of the name brand and the ingredients, this product seemed to be the same at a much better cost. So far, I have not had any issues with it at all.
