It really is for shaving when you have at least two days of growth. The blades are super sharp and do a great job at going through tough growth. They may actually be to sharp for shaving everyday. The handle is substantial and has a good feel in the hand. This is no disposable razor.

Love this razor! Surpassed my expectations. Hey quarantine and work from home has been rough on a lot of us. I've never liked to shave every day due to sensitive skin, but don't really want to be a beard dude either, so shaving 1-2 times a week is great for me. No better, no worse than the many, many, many folks taking shots at Harry's [which isn't all that good]. With all these guys, the intro blades are better than the refills, the 4 or 5 blade razors are not great between nose and lip, and they're just not all that sharp.
