My son is disabled and sometimes has incontinence issues. When we are out and about, he wears these because we never know if we will be close enough to a public bathroom when nature calls. These night defense "disposable underwear" really save the day! Much more absorbent than the regular Depends. 5 stars for fit, quality, and protection.

The extra padding for the Night Defenders for men needs be in both front and back to give better protection for a person who spends most of their time in a recliner or the bed - to catch the urine where gravity takes it.
